CanCham Vietnam’s Board of Directors is responsible for the strategic management of the Chamber. It is comprised of 9 members, each of whom is the CEO or a senior executive at a company in Vietnam.
Board members are elected by the General Assembly, which meets annually and is open to all CanCham Vietnam members.

Executive Board Code of Conduct
The Executive Board of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (CanCham Vietnam) has formally adopted a Code of Conduct to ensure the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical governance in all Chamber activities.
Through a unanimous resolution, the Board has agreed that all members of the Executive Board are bound by this Code of Conduct upon their election and throughout their tenure. This commitment reflects CanCham Vietnam’s dedication to transparent leadership, responsible decision-making, and adherence to the Chamber’s Constitution.
The Code of Conduct serves as a guiding framework for how Board Members represent the Chamber, manage their duties, and uphold the values of fairness, respect, and accountability in serving our members and community.
This Code was reviewed, approved, and signed by all current members of the Executive Board, affirming their shared responsibility to act in the best interests of CanCham Vietnam and its stakeholders.

Consulate General
The Consulate General of Canada plays a vital role in supporting CanCham Vietnam’s mission to strengthen economic and cultural ties between Canada and Vietnam.
Through collaboration on trade missions, business seminars, and community events, the Consulate helps promote trade and investment opportunities while fostering connections between Canadian and Vietnamese businesses.
Additionally, it provides valuable resources, market insights, and advocacy support to address policy challenges and enhance the business environment.
By partnering with CanCham on strategic initiatives and cultural celebrations, the Consulate General reinforces bilateral relations and supports the Canadian business community in Vietnam.
